  • As soon as you discover a fault, kindly reach out to our help team at thepurelotus7@gmail.com with the order number, the item's name, and a photo of the broken item. Please do not discard the item and it's original packaging as we might need it to be returned. You may refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

  • Payment method cannot be changed halfway once the it is selected and past the checkout page. The only way to change the payment method is to create a new order and finalize with the preferred payment method. Unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after a period of time depending on the chosen payment method. Alternatively, you may proceed with your current order by completing the payment process.

  • Orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours, and will be dispatched as soon as they're ready! In case when we do not have something in stock, you will be refunded and notified through email to avoid detainment of your shipment. Once your order is ready to be shipped, your order status will be updated and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then continue to view progress on the tracking information provided.
